The Texas Department of Information Resources recently awarded GL Solutions, in partnership with Carahsoft, a Texas DIR contract. The contract enables state and local governments in Texas, as well as authorized public entities outside of the state, to purchase GL Solutions’ software directly through the contract. GL Solutions, a leading regulatory software provider, produces GL Suite, a software platform designed to help regulatory agencies modernize their operations.

In 2024, GL Solutions received TX DIR’s TX-RAMP certification. The TX-RAMP certification simplifies the procurement of GL Suite software for those government agencies that require the certification. TX-RAMP (Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program), developed by the Texas Department of Information Resources, standardizes the approach for “security assessment, certification, and continuous monitoring of cloud computing services that process the data of Texas agencies.”
