What’s the office environment like?

We are in the process of renovating a new historic building in downtown Kalispell.

How diverse is the team?

Demographics at GL Solutions closely mirror the general population of Kalispell. The male/female ratio is approximately even. The average age of employees is 41.5 years old, slightly tipping to younger employees. Employee backgrounds vary widely from fifth-generation Montanans to those who relocated from Bend, Oregon when the company moved in 2020. Educational backgrounds and experience vary widely.

What advice would you give to someone just starting out?

When you first start, there can be a lot to learn. Lots of internal processes, domain knowledge and technical expertise. You only live once. Take GLS as a rare opportunity to push yourself.  People here will believe in you and give you a chance. Show determination. Go above and beyond. Ask questions. Don’t treat this like a clock punching job. Seize the day!

Guide a portfolio of high value clients through complex and challenging software projects. Account managers perceive client needs and build engagement by delivering consultative solutions. This position leads our market position as a trusted partner to our clients. If you accept the challenge, expect opportunities to develop leadership skills, earn an annual gross compensation ranging from $54,080 to $73,200 based on job performance, and receive a generous leave time, retirement, and health insurance package.

To succeed in this role, you need strong communication skills. Success requires a passion for learning and a desire to shine through expertise. You should feel comfortable responding to client concerns and strategizing next steps. A history of success in account management is preferred but not required.
