The average age of employees is 41.5 years old, slightly tipping to younger employees. Employee backgrounds vary widely from fifth-generation Montanans to those who relocated from Bend, Oregon when the company moved in 2020. Educational backgrounds and experience vary widely.

Systems Support Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Manager to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of management principles and problem-solving techniques, as well as the ability to lead a team of professionals. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of computer software use, testing and design, organization and time management skills and the ability to continuously improve operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    Plan and track key project and task activities.
    Coordinate delivery among internal and external stakeholders.
    Lead and manage a team of technical analysts.
    Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
    Adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
  • Process Improvement:
    Understand GL Solutions standard operating procedures and lead a team to process improvement suggestions.
