The average age of employees is 41.5 years old, slightly tipping to younger employees. Employee backgrounds vary widely from fifth-generation Montanans to those who relocated from Bend, Oregon when the company moved in 2020. Educational backgrounds and experience vary widely.

  • Experience: Several years of experience in IT project management or team leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT projects.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • IT Project Management Principles: Knowledge of IT-specific project lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
  • Business Process Alignment: Knowledge of how IT projects support organizational goals.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate IT-specific risks.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Compensation

Great work deserves great pay, so let’s talk numbers. We start you at $52,000/year along with 20 days of PTO, a 6% 401(k) match, and a health insurance reimbursement package, because we want you focused on the work, not the basics. Salary is evaluated each quarter, hard work pays off (literally)!
