The Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training recently awarded GL Solutions, a leading provider of regulatory software, a contract to modernize their licensing systems. The Board procured the software using the statewide Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) contract; OMES names GL Solutions as an authorized provider of software and SaaS services, giving Oklahoma state agencies a streamlined path to acquire regulatory software and related services.
“The Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training needed a system capable of handling the complex nature of the agency,” said Michelle Shaffer, client executive at GL Solutions. “System limitations capped the number of records displayed and resulted in reporting constraints. The ability to run complex reports for compliance and suspension tracking is critical to the agency for training and certification.
