An audit of state government websites reveals that none meet the Department of Justice’s accessibility requirements; the U.S. Department of Justice in April issued new rules for web accessibility for government websites. Massachusetts to Start Licensing Nonresident Pharmacies and In-State Compounding Pharmacies
The Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy plans to require licensure for all nonresident pharmacies dispensing prescriptions in the state. On November 19 the board published an implementation plan for these changes. The regulatory updates, according to JD Supra on November 22, include new requirements for nonresident pharmacies, as well as in-state and nonresident compounding pharmacies.
