Q: What do you like most about working at GL Solutions?
A: I love the people I work with, and the sense of teamwork and community in the workplace. I am always amazed at what we can accomplish together, and I love the level of passion and commitment that we all share. I also feel a great sense of achievement every day as I complete work and find the right solutions to meet, sometimes very complicated, needs and requirements of government agencies. The sensation keeps me motivated and interested in what I do every day.
Q: What is your title and how long have you worked at GL Solutions?
A: I am a Lead Business Analyst, and I have worked at GL Solutions for 5 years.
Q: What sort of work do you do each day to meet GL Solutions’ mission: help government agencies protect the public?
A: I work directly with clients to fully understand what the business requirements of their agency are, then determine and document the appropriate solutions to be implemented within their application.
Q: What is something most people don’t know about you?
A: I actually have an associate degree in Culinary Arts. My dream at the time was to eventually open my own restaurant or food cart. I was blessed with my son in my final year of college and quickly decided that the restaurant life and hours were not for me. I changed career paths shortly after college.
