GL Suite offers the capability to notify clients by email of failed batch processing jobs. The failure notification email provides the date, time and name of the failed job. The email also provides a list of all jobs that may have failed over a given timeframe, such as in the past day or hour. In addition, the email includes details about the records affected by the failed job. Based on the information in the email, the client resolves the failure by either re-running the failed job from the Control Panel, manually updating the affected records or contacting GL Solutions and providing the details in the email for resolution.
