The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has chosen GL Solutions to modernize the Division of Quality Assurance’s licensing, certification and renewal system.
The DQA protects and promotes the health, safety and welfare of residents living and receiving care in the health and residential care facilities regulated by the division, according to their website. They regulate and license over 40 different programs and facilities that provide health, long-term care, mental health and substance use services, as well as conduct caregiver background checks and investigations.
