Track Issue Resolution
Every ticket for system testing can be tracked from start to finish through GL Suite’s Ticket Management Center. You can enter a ticket, correspond with people working on it and receive an estimated delivery date. Prioritize tickets and request escalation when necessary. When the work is done, the Ticket Management Center lets you deploy the solution from the test environment to your production environment.
Verify Every Requirement
GL Suite’s Business Process Center allows your agency to verify that the system does what you need. A business process describes a workflow like processing an application. Each process step features requirements, such as assigning an application number. Import the workflow into the Business Process Center and trace the requirements to the application functionality that meets the need. You also can open tickets and review specifications in the center.
