Training Specialist

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Training Specialist to join the dynamic team at GL Solutions. As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling employees to perform their job activities successfully. You will be responsible for administering trainings to all roles within GL Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver trainings to GL staff for all job roles and functions
• Understand training content and supporting documentation to effectively convey the information to trainees
• Utilize a variety of training methods and materials to provide an engaging training experience
• Facilitate training exercises
• Assess trainee proficiency in skills learned
• Adjust training methodology to accommodate individual learning needs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training methodologies and materials and initiate improvement requests
• Adapt and respond to continuous training needs across various teams

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in training tools and methodologies
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A dedication to quality, excellence, and the success of fellow employees

Based on performance measures evaluated monthly, you will earn a base salary of $5,333/month with performance incentives up to $1,334 per month. This incentive system ensures that your dedication and results are directly reflected in your compensation, empowering you to reach new heights in your career.
