Position Overview:
Join GL Solutions as a Process Analyst on our Process Development Team where you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and resolving process bottlenecks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and designing efficient, high-quality internal processes. You’ll design, build, and implement internal tools and workflow that helps GL Solutions teams execute efficiently and with high quality. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our future success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development\Continuous Improvement:
- Support and lead the company by ensuring GL Solutions operates smoothly.
- Design and develop efficient and high-quality internal processes.
- Build and maintain a knowledge library.
- Design and develop services and business processes that empower agencies to succeed and adapt.
- Implement new processes and company changes through training and auditing.
- Product Development\Strategic Project Development
- Work on strategic projects building tools, documentation, and training to increase efficiency and quality in our internal processes.
- Product Development\Architecture Review:
- Support and lead the company by documenting best practices.
- Business Solutions\Sales\Prospect Sales\Value Proposition:
- Support the GL Solutions Sales and Marketing team by creating compelling demos and scripts for prospective clients.
