Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Account Manager (Agency Partner) to join the dynamic team at GL Solutions. Guide a portfolio of high value clients through complex and challenging software projects. Account Managers perceive client needs and build engagement by delivering consultative solutions. This position leads our market position as a trusted partner to our clients.

- Lead client meetings.
- Respond to client concerns.

- Manage multiple accounts.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for learning
- Desire to guide through expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a similar work experience in a related field
- Account management or sales certifications preferred
- Two or more years of experience in account management, sales or customer success, ideally within the software or tech industry
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining long term client relationships, including experience with customer retention, renewals and upselling
- Experience with software products, especially SaaS preferred
Earn a starting wage of $66,560/year, 20 days of PTO, a 6% 401(k) match and health insurance package. We believe in rewarding excellence and fostering a culture of high performance. Based on objective performance measures evaluated monthly, you can earn according to three tiers: Tier 1 offers a competitive $32 per hour, Tier 2 elevates your earnings to $38 per hour, and Tier 3 rewards top performers with an impressive $44 per hour.
