Sometimes clients submit a single task that GL Solutions must break into multiple tasks to appropriately solve the issue. GL Solutions recently modified that process to improve the client experience.
Now, when a client submits a single issue that requires multiple tasks, GL Solutions:
- Informs the client of the need to use more SLA tasks
- Creates the tasks
- Schedules the tasks to complete on the same day
Task reports in GL Portal group the original task and additional tasks together. Furthermore, clients hear when all tasks complete related to the original issue, rather than hearing when parts of the issue get resolved.
