Senior Workflow Architect
Marcy Merlot, Senior Workflow Architect, has been involved in more than a dozen installations, including user acceptance testing and go-live support, since joining GL Solutions in 2008. During her tenure, Marcy has served on and managed several teams, including the business analysis team, client relationship team and project team. She also has worked as a company sales executive and team trainer. Marcy currently serves in a position that organizes and monitors client work to ensure business needs are efficiently met.
