Demographics at GL Solutions closely mirror the general population of Kalispell. The male/female ratio is approximately even. The average age of employees is 41.5 years old, slightly tipping to younger employees. Employee backgrounds vary widely from fifth-generation Montanans to those who relocated from Bend, Oregon when the company moved in 2020. Educational backgrounds and experience vary widely.

Earn a starting wage of $66,560/year, 20 days of PTO, a 6% 401(k) match and health insurance package.  We believe in rewarding excellence and fostering a culture of high performance. Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and celebrate your achievements. Based on objective performance measures evaluated monthly, you can earn according to three tiers: Tier 1 offers a competitive $32 per hour, Tier 2 elevates your earnings to $38 per hour, and Tier 3 rewards top performers with an impressive $44 per hour.
