Demographics at GL Solutions closely mirror the general population of Kalispell. The male/female ratio is approximately even. The average age of employees is 41.5 years old, slightly tipping to younger employees. Employee backgrounds vary widely from fifth-generation Montanans to those who relocated from Bend, Oregon when the company moved in 2020. Educational backgrounds and experience vary widely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads through various marketing campaigns created by the sales and marketing manager.
  • Analyze the level of interest and potential of leads to determine if they are viable prospects for the sales team.
  • Conduct research to understand the needs and behaviors of potential customers, helping to tailor outreach efforts.
  • Provide vetted, in-depth analysis of prospects for the sales team through the use of prospecting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with researching, Microsoft suite products and Microsoft Teams
  • Well versed in social media platforms as used for marketing purposes
  • Excellent writing and speaking ability in English
  • Comfortable working with multiple internal teams

Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and celebrate your achievements. Based on objective performance measures evaluated monthly, you can earn according to three tiers: Tier 1 offers a competitive $32 per hour, Tier 2 elevates your earnings to $38 per hour, and Tier 3 rewards top performers with an impressive $44 per hour.
