Position Overview: 

Do you love helping people learn and grow? Do you have experience writing SQL? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our management team. GL Solutions, a dynamic and innovative company, is looking for a talented individual to join us as a developer/team manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of four to five SQL developers.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly plans.
• Develop staff skillsets.
• Ensure effective workflow management and staff workload distribution.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals and objectives.
• Resolve conflicts and make informed decisions.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of management principles and problem-solving techniques
• Proficiency in workflow management and staff workload management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
• Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Capability to train and develop team members
• Adaptability to changing situations and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with writing T-SQL
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Desire to have fun at work
• Able and willing to execute agency security requirement documents including providing fingerprints, PII such as DOB, SSN, and submit to a thorough background check
