We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analysis Team Manager to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of management principles and problem-solving techniques, as well as the ability to manage staff workload effectively. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of business analysts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of a business analysis team.
2. Ensure effective workflow management and staff workload distribution.
3. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
4. Lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals and objectives.
5. Resolve conflicts and make informed decisions.
6. Analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
7. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
8. Adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or proven experience in a managerial role.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
4. Proficiency in using management software and tools.
