Your agency also can track progress during testing in the application’s Business Process Center, which displays key data such as the number of defects reported.

GL Suite’s workflow capabilities allow organizations to route work among different staff and departments. Using Workflow Dashboards, staff can log on and see itemized lists of exactly what work they must complete, along with corresponding due dates for individual tasks. Dashboards also give managers a way to assign work and monitor progress. GL Suite automatically tracks the status of process such as applications along with related requirements, checklists, deadlines and fees.


Ensure Staff Consistency
GL Suite helps staff navigate complex business processes through the use of Process Guides, whose step-by-step instructions show staff the next step and eliminate human error and guesswork. Each Process Guide step corresponds to an action that needs to be taken to complete a business process. The step that is being worked on remains highlighted and activates the corresponding feature, making it easy to keep track of progress.

Our Business Analysts will visit your agency for several days before user acceptance testing and teach key staff how to use and test the application. Additional experts will visit your agency around go-live to ensure that staff are becoming comfortable with the system and are using it effectively to do their work.


Make Final Changes
Use GL Solutions’ escalation process to address defects and ensure that high-priority needs are met during your agency’s transition to GL Suite. Track important change requests in the application’s integrated Task Center, a single location that allows users to approve and deploy completed work. The Task Center allows users to see all configured items modified by each task and to prepare pre-work and post-work states side by side.
