Project underway to enhance GL Suite software

GL Solutions recently kicked off a project that will enhance the power of GL Suite by integrating several new and existing functions into the application. The improved GL Suite will allow agencies to monitor the performance of business processes and users, weigh the results against best practices and order system improvements, all without leaving the application.

Over the company’s 20-plus years in business, GL Solutions has developed an extensive catalog of business processes that allow regulatory agencies to do their work faster, more easily and more accurately. GL Suite will help agencies spot opportunities for further efficiency by monitoring staff and business process performance and identifying appropriate system improvements. Agencies will be able to order improvements and monitor the progress of software development within the application. These improvements will supplant our client portal, GL Portal, and all functionality currently in GL Portal will be integrated into GL Suite’s back-office application.

GL Solutions expects to complete the project by fall 2020. Clients will receive updates as the project progresses.
