The new Distribution List functionality in GL Suite allows users to create and manage email distribution lists. Users may add a distribution list to any report. When the report runs, it is sent automatically to a particular distribution list. A user also may select the distribution list when choosing to run a report manually. The report is then sent to the email addresses stored in the selected list. In addition, the Distribution List functionality can be used to send a notification email to the saved list.
The Distribution List functionality enables GL Suite users to communicate with stakeholders more efficiently.
