A: I have a wide variety of interests, as shown by these facts:

  • I have Bachelor’s Degree in English Lit;
  • I have a Master’s Degree in Meteorology;
  • While serving as an Air Force Officer, the Air Force taught me computer programming, and provided me the opportunity to write weather analysis and forecasting software for the Air Force’s first Cray supercomputer;
  • For the last 20 years, in addition to working as a software developer, I (and my family) have owned a goat farm here in beautiful Central Oregon! Our goat farm is called Great Adventure Farm (greatadventurefarm.com).
