Most of GL Solutions’ clients have signed up for our new GL Simple support plan, and many more are in the process of doing so. That’s exciting. If you’re a client, we would like you to take full advantage of GL Simple, which is designed to help agencies expand their GL Suite systems and operate more efficiently and securely. That’s why we’re going to ask you to share your recent and planned improvements with other GL Solutions clients.
Our developers are working constantly on projects to improve client systems. They’re updating public websites, creating new license types, updating and adding Process Guides, and working on functionalities such as online renewals and email management. Each of these improvements is likely to be of interest to multiple clients, and we’d like to provide regular updates that discuss new projects and the agencies that have ordered them.
To do that, we need your help. We’d like to talk with you about your agency and the work you’ve ordered. We’ll be calling and emailing clients periodically to request interviews, and we’d like to thank you in advance for your time.
How does this information-sharing initiative relate to the GL Simple plan? Two of the three plan tiers – Professional and Enterprise – place no annual limit on the number of projects an agency may order. Rather, the tiers limit the number of projects that may be underway at the same time. The Professional plan allows for one concurrent project, which means users can – and should – order one project right after another. The Enterprise tier allows for three concurrent projects, which argues for similarly strategic plan management. (The third plan tier, Standard, includes no projects.)
We would like clients to maximize the power of GL Suite to improve efficiency and accuracy while enhancing public safety. A good way to maximize the power of GL Suite is to maximize the use of the GL Simple. And when clients are considering updates to their systems, it’s helpful to know what sorts of things other clients are doing.
